Here is an article from New Zealand press regarding that the NetClean WhiteBox is used in a a trial to filter the whole country of New Zealand. It is the Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) who is using and controlling. They have a list with 7.000 sites which are defined as illegal child sexual abuse sites.
“The trials of the filtering system has showed no effect on Internet speed”, says Steve O’Brien Head DIAs department of Censorship Compliance Unit
However, Keith Davidsson from InternetNZ says the following when interviewed in the newspaper:

I think it is an interesting comment, and he obviously right. But I think that with the introduce of blocking of child abuse web pages we can get a Internet better than the real world and we also makes the mass-distribution of child abuse material a bit more difficult since Internet has maked it a much easier.
